A class to address more specifically tight chest and slouching shoulders, spinal mobility and restore upper body/head alignment while relieving discomfort/pain in the upper body (neck, back and shoulders). Release techniques, mobility & strength will be included in this class. This will cover new material to extend on Part I but it is fine to attend this class even if you didn’t attend Part I
