Focus Lower Body: Grounding, Stability and Fluidity (60 min online Self Care Specialist Class

A class more specifically devoted to our lower body. We'll look at its connection to our pelvic floor/core through the pelvis and challenge stability in relation to gravity by activating the stabilising muscles in our legs. Release techniques, mobility and strength will all be incorporated to restore fluidity in movement and alignment in stillness.
